Beyond the dining room, Le Parfum offers cooking classes which take participants on a culinary journey from the restaurant to the Ben Ngu Market and back to the hotel�s kitchen for a hands-on lesson in Vietnamese cuisine. Or enjoy one of our unique dining events: A dinner cruise on the Perfume River including a delicious three course meal prepared by the on-board chef. Dine like the Mandarins at our Hue Imperial Dinner in the garden on the banks of the perfume river or at the old theatre in the Citadel. Bar 'Le Douverneur':
The dominant focus at the bar is a spectacular fresco created by French Artist Roland Renaud who is based in Vietnam. It was inspired by wall paintings found on several art deco buildings in France.
Among them is a fresco on the wall of the Musee des Colonies in Paris and The Main Post Office in Lyon. It took three months to create on one single piece of fabric and was made in Saigon before being transported to Hue and installed.
